Summer League Standings Summer League - Schedule Summer League Info and Rules BAT Rules on Paramus Summer League Site as of 5/24: For all divisions playing 50x70, 11U and 12U, the bat cannot be longer than 34” and cannot exceed a width of 2 5/8”. Bats with a width of 2 ¼” are allowed. Bats with a width of 2 ¾” are not allowed. There is no limit on the differential. Non-composite fat barrel bats are allowed. The only composite fat barrels bats allowed need to be BBCOR .50.
